Membership
Becoming a member of the New Broad Cove Shore Association is very much appreciated. Membership fees fund our insurance policy and maintenance funds, helping ensure our community, paths and shoreline remain safe and wonderful, for all to enjoy. Membership also includes a directory that includes babysitters, pet sitters, handy helpers, preferred lawn care and plumbing vendors, as well as other neighborhood information. We also offer a Neighborhood Association Fuel Plan to help lower heating bills.
The NBCSA also hosts several social functions throughout the year, from bonfires on the beach, to wine tastings at Flock and Vine, we want our community to remain close and fun.
Membership Fee:
Membership is $45 a year, due by June 1st. To join, use the form below and we will get back to you with a membership form and more information. We will be conducting a membership drive beginning each April. Of course we welcome payments anytime prior, so we appreciate your help reducing the number of people we need to contact for renewals. Again, we are grateful for your participation.
Secret Beach Access:
The beach at Broad Cove is accessible via walkways off Salt Spray Road. All residents are free to enjoy this beach. However, not all homes are eligible for access to Secret Beach, located at the end of Running Tide Road. If you do not have deeded rights to Secret Beach, you can purchase a membership to Secret Beach for $168 a year, but not all homes are eligible for this.
